The pieces are joined together with birch plates. There are no nails, screws or any other metal fasteners used to assemble my toy boxes, except for the screws used to attach the piano hinge which allows access inside the box. The exterior toy box dimensions are 32&#8243; wide, 16&#8243; deep and 24&#8243; high. The cherry wood is finished with three coats of clear satin polyurethane. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The child&#8217;s name is hand\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>routed\u00a0into the front of the toy box , 1\/4&#8243; deep. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>A personal message can be added above the &#8220;Artists\u00a0Signature&#8221; that is printed and embedded into the finish on the bottom of the toy box.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Toy boxes take between five and eight weeks to complete after payment in full is\u00a0received (three of these weeks are to allow the\u00a0toy box to completely dry before crating).
